Bantu la keluarga. Bantu la ibubapa sementara mereka masih ada. Senangkan la kehidupan ibubapa. Senangkan la minda mereka dgn sikap kita. Senangkan la tubuh badan mereka yg selama ini bekerja keras utk kita dgn memberi mereka keselesaan dlm kehidupan. Make them proud of us. Make them hug u. Make them cry because of your success. ✊✊

INGAT! ☝☝❗Kita boleh tunggu utk berjaya tapi ibu bapa blm tentu boleh tunggu kita utk berjaya.

Masa skrg la PALING sesuai utk capai impian. BUKAN NANTI! Bertindak la skrg. Utk masa depan keluarga dan diri sendiri.
BESARKAN IMPIAN utk diri dan keluarga! Bkn besarkan impian utk org lain atau utk mengkayakan org lain.

BE PATIENCE ABOUT YOUR DREAM

Be patience. What you invest today, will harvest later. You don't need to be rush on your dream. Plan slowly, act slowly. Make sure everything on track. Be careful about going far to fast. Put your toe in the water, and if it feels good, go a bit further, and so on. That's the best way to achieveing dream. Don't rush.
As long as you NEVER QUIT about your dream, NEVER GIVE UP on it & NEVER JUMP TO ANOTHER PATH.
Go on with ONE road. Believe on the road & you will finished it with patience.

Kadang - kadang sahabat yang suka belanja kita makan, bukan kerana mereka berharta tapi sebab mereka meletakkan persahabatan melebihi duit......

Kadang - kadang sahabat yang rajin bekerja, bukan kerana mereka tunjuk pandai tapi sebab mereka memahami maksud tanggungjawab.......

Kadang - kadang sahabat yang memohon maaf dulu selepas pergaduhan, bukan kerana mereka salah tapi sebab mereka menghargai orang di sekeliling mereka......

Kadang - kadang yang sukarela membantu kita, bukan kerana mereka berhutang apa-apa tapi sebab mereka lihat kita sebagai seorang sahabat......

Kadang-kadang sahabat yang selalu SMS DAN WATTSAPP anda, bukan kerana mereka tak de benda lain nak buat tapi sebab mereka INGAT PADA ANDA.......

Satu hari, kita semua akan terpisah, kita akan terkenangkan pelbagai perbualan dan impian yang kita ada.

Hari berganti hari, bulan, tahun, hingga hubungan ini menjadi asing........

Satu hari anak2 kita akan jumpa gambar kita dan bertanya,
"Siapa mereka semua tu?".....
Dan kita tersenyum dengan air mata yang tidak kelihatan kerana hati ini terusik dengan kata yang sayu, lalu berkata,

Encourage employees to disagree with you. 

Companies get into trouble when everyone is afraid to speak truth to power. "If all you hear is how great you're doing, that should be a danger sign," says executive coach Ray Williams.

Don't micromanage.
Empower the people below you, then leave them alone. "A good part of leadership is stepping back," says Bill Pasmore, senior vice president at the Center for Creative Leadership. "A good leader leads from front and back."

When people err, don't destroy them.
But make sure they learn whatever lessons there are to be learned from their mistakes.

Show compassion.
"Develop strong interpersonal relationships at work, so employees have some meaning attached to the work they are doing," Williams says.

Pasmore advises taking risks and asking yourself, "What is it that I don't know that I should know? How do I learn it and test it out in situations that are not necessarily safe?"

Know yourself.
"Just like you can't start a weight-loss program without getting on a scale, you must begin your journey by learning the truth about yourself," says executive coach Tasha Eurich. "We're often the worst evaluators of our behavior." Adds Pasmore, "One of the biggest problems I see is a real lack of self-awareness. Executives often aren't aware of who they are as people and the impact they have on others."

Be laser-focused.
Stick to one goal at a time. "Leaders often choose too many development goals. Give yourself the greatest chance for victory by developing one thing at a time," Eurich says. "It is far better to make progress in one area than to make little or none in five."

Get rid of poor managers.
"Of the 60 top executives at Continental, I probably replaced 40 who were not team players," says retired airline CEO Gordon Bethune. "Don't tolerate factionalism, backstabbing or prima donnas. Everyone wins, or no one wins."

Practice leadership skills daily.
"The amount of deliberate practice you choose will be proportionate to your improvement," Eurich says. "It's like learning a violin concerto. You have to learn the concepts, then you practice every day to create beautiful music."
